Following our latest Interview with Chef Arnaud Magnier, we took a closer look at the new interior design of the Restaurant Clairefontaine. A visualization of the changes that this historic restaurant in Luxembourg City underwent since its re-modeling earlier this year.
Modern. Accessible. Candid. The new look of what has once commonly been known as “the gouvernment’s cantine” reflects the restaurants ambitions to never stop moving with the times. Listening to and recognizing their customers’ feedback, the remodeling sought to shake its old-fashioned and exclusive reputation. Arnaud Magnier wants to make his classic kitchen, or as he prefers to call it: “cusine généreuse”, more attractive and accessible to everyone, especially to younger generations. Designed by architect Patrick Mantini, founder of MoMa, the restaurant presents a younger and more state-of-the-art atmosphere.
