As a specialist in ice cream, ANNA&PAUL plays a leading role in terms of creation and innovation in the field. Since its creation ANNA&PAUL has created more than 300 flavours, from the revisiting of the most traditional flavours to the most daring recipes such as spicy, herbal or alcohol flavours. One of the trends this summer will be the creation of ice creams with pastry elements incorporated into the mass such as cookies, chocolates or macerated fruits.
In order to always satisfy its customers, ANNA&PAUL will also extend its range of ice cream without dairy products and the company is also working on products based on almond milk and cashew milk.
In order to accompany their ice creams, ANNA&PAUL offers coffees from the Italian roaster PELLINI and the brand also relies on home-made pastries to satisfy everyone. Indeed, the pastry chef Thomas MENWEG offers a wide range of home-made pastries inspired by his different travels, such as the latest addition: the Arlequin, which consists of a creamy fromage blanc mousse, a raspberry cream and a delicious ripe confit.
This year ANNA&PAUL also wishes to optimise its efforts in terms of packaging use. To this end, the “takeaway coffee cups” will be partially replaced by a container that is both ecological and tasteful; the coffee cup in the form of a wafer! The cups are available in three sizes (espresso shot, medium size and grand café) to meet all demands.
Already well established in Bertrange, ANNA&PAUL has since the beginning of 2020 opened its second shop in the city centre of Luxembourg.
