- 1 apple (Granny Smith)
- Icing sugar for dusting
Best to use a Silpat baking mat
1. Preheat the oven to 85°C
2. Dust a silpat mat with icing sugar.
3. Wash the apple and cut it into 1 mm slices with a slicer or vegetable slicer. Spread the apple slices on the mat and dust with icing sugar again.
4. Leave the apple slices to dry in the oven for 2 1⁄2 hours. Leave the oven doors slightly open so that the humidity can escape.
