Apple-Cinnamon Mugcake & Arondio Latte

Ingredients
- 1 Mug
- 1 small whisk or fork
- A microwave
- A kitchen scale
- 30 g of soft butter
- 1 egg
- 15 g fine granulated sugar
- 15 g brown sugar
- 20 ml milk
- 30 g of fermenting flour
- 10 g cornstarch
- Vanilla flavouring
- Pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1/2 apple cut into cubes
- A drizzle of honey
For the coffee :
- A recipe glass
- Nespresso milk frother
- One Nespresso Arondio coffee capsule (150 ml)
- 100 ml of cold milk
Instructions
For the cake:
- Melt the butter in the mug for about 20 seconds.
- Add the egg and mix.
- Then add the sugar, milk, self-rising flour, cornstarch and vanilla flavouring.
- Mix everything together to form a smooth dough.
- Add a pinch of cinnamon and the apple pieces to the cup and mix.
- Place the cup in the microwave for 1:30 to 3:00 (watch while it cooks).
- Remove the cake from the oven and garnish with a few more apple pieces, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey.
For the coffee:
- Heat the milk
- Prepare your Nespresso Arondio (Gran Lungo size) in the glass.
- Add the hot milk.
