Ingredients
- 300 g of desalted and shredded codfish
- 400 g onions cut into pieces
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100 g olive oil
- 180 g + 20 g fried matchstick potatoes or mini rosti fries
- chopped parsley according to taste
- 60 g black olives
- 60 g green olives
- salt, black pepper
- 6 eggs
Instructions
- Put the olive oil, onion and garlic in the bowl, chop for 5 sec/vel 5 and sauté for 5 min/120°C/speed 1, replacing the cup with the cooking basket on the bowl lid to avoid splashing.
- Add the cod and cook for 5 min/100°C/reverse knife speed/spoon position, replacing the cup with the cooking basket on the lid of the bowl to avoid splashing.
- Add the 180g of potato sticks and stir for 3 mins/100°C/reverse knife speed/ speed 2, replacing the cup with the cooking basket on the lid of the bowl to avoid splashing.
- Place in a frying pan and bring to the boil.
- Place the eggs in the mixing bowl and beat for 10 sec/ speed 4.
- Pour over the cod, mix well and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley, garnish with olives and 20g potato sticks.
