- 1 bunch of fresh young green asparagus
- 12-20 thin medium slices of bacon
- 50 ml whipped cream
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
Wash the asparagus and cut off the ends. Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each asparagus and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 180° C for 10 to 12 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the asparagus is tender. In the meantime, whip the cream and add the paprika. Serve the paprika cream with the bacon asparagus as an aperitif.
