Dancing Noodles
This place, very popular with Chinese expatriates, needs no introduction! Here the rice dough dances before your eyes because the noodles are home-made by the chef. A trip to Korea?
Let’s also list two places where you can taste a real Bibimpap (a mixture of rice, vegetables and marinated meat, served with a fried egg) or kimchi (fermented cabbage with chilli), two of the most famous Korean dishes!
Déli Koreana – Luxembourg
The owner and cook, of Korean origin, began by offering only a takeaway service or catering for private events. Thanks to her success, she has just opened a food truck in the car park of Findel airport and offers a very good 100% traditional cuisine to workers in the area. People come here for their kimchi, their gimbap (a kind of Korean maki) or their absolutely delicious fried chicken!
