In addition to being 100% natural for more than 150 years, Bofferding, for its latest innovation, has bottled the best of Luxembourg: a local and organic beer – from the raw material to the brewing process!
Indeed, Luxembourg has an exceptional terroir and know-how to offer. Since 2018, Bofferding has therefore set up a partnership with the IBLA (Institut fir Biologësch Landwirtschaft an Agrarkulturafin) to promote the organic malting barley subsidiary in Luxembourg. The virtue of such a programme is to expand the local distribution channels and make them profitable for as many people as possible.
In Bascharage, the master brewers have created the Bofferding Bio from these Luxembourg organic barleys. A beer brewed in the respect of tradition. The result is an easy-to-drink Pale Lager type lager with a slightly hoppy taste with hints of cereals. Its beautiful golden and limpid colour reveals a beautiful sparkle and a delicate balance between sweetness and freshness.
The design of the packaging also reflects this story: freshness and Organic taking root in the terroir of Luxembourg. Finally, in order to follow through on its ideas, the brand has chosen to develop this design with a 100% local agency, Binsfeld in Luxembourg.
Initially, the Organic Bofferding will be available from 8 June exclusively at Cactus, then from 15 June in all other supermarkets in the country as well as in Horeca outlets.
