- 170 g butter
- 90 g dark chocolate (70 %)
- 3 eggs
- 70 g sugar
- 70 g brown sugar
- 40 g flour
- 10 chocolate powder
- Preheat the oven to 220° C.
- Butter a baking tray or a rectangular baking tin. Melt the butter with the chocolate and let it cool down a little. Beat the sugar and egg yolks for 3 minutes until foamy, then stir into the butter and chocolate mixture. Mix the flour with the chocolate powder and also add to the dough. Beat the egg whites with the mixer until firm and fold them carefully into the dough. Pour the dough into the baking tin until about 3 cm under the rim. Bake in the oven at 180° C for approx. 20-22 minutes, opening the door 1-2 times in between to allow a crust to form.
- Let the finished baked brownies cool down, cut them into squares and serve with dried fruits, nuts and caramel sauce.
