Canchánchara is said to be the oldest known cocktail in Cuba. Equal parts practicality and magic, we like to use Eminente Cuban Rum and local lavender honey to add beautiful floral notes to this delicious cocktail.
- 50 ml Eminente Rum
- 25 ml Freshly Squeezed lime Juice (about 1 lime)
- 20 ml Honey Syrup (2 parts honey to 1 part water)
- 30 ml Soda
Rocks / Cocktail
Add the Eminente Rum, Lime and Honey to a shaker*. Add ice and shake hard. Strain into a Rocks Glass full of ice / Cocktail Glass. Finish with the soda and garnish with a lime wedge, a sprig of lavender, or both!
