This weekend, on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th, Neumünster Abbey welcomes all craft beer lovers to the 3rd edition of the “Luxembourg Craft Beer Celebration”! Hosting a variety of national and international breweries, there will also be a number of food trucks and concerts. The perfect combo to celebrate the end of summer!
Organised by the association Schmaacht Et?, this festival aims to introduce the world of craft beers to the Luxembourg public. Local breweries, such as Satori Brewing and Bare Brewing, will be present, but also breweries from Romania, Germany, Hungary, Croatia and Spain! A wide range of various brewing universes awaits you.
But what what does the term Craft beer actually refer to? In essence, Craft beer refers to beer produced by small independent breweries, following traditional or original recipes. More and more craft breweries are emerging in Luxembourg and all over the world. In Luxembourg, you can find a great selection of craft beers in The Store (avenue de la liberté).
Enjoy sipping your beer while tapping your feet to the various concerts are organised throughout the 2 days. And as you also need to eat while drinking, you can enjoy Tacos prepared by Taco Shop, Syrian food from Chiche or vegan wraps from T-Wraps Food Trucks. Florence Specialty Coffee will also have a stand to fill up on caffeine before the tasting.
Admission is free, and the tasting glass costs 7 euros.
