The “Fête des vins et crémants” takes place from Friday the 18th of November to Sunday the 20th of November under the marquee of the Glacis, in Luxembourg. It is an opportunity to meet the Grand Duchy’s winegrowers and to taste local specialities.
After the “Luxembourt Art Week” event the week before, Luxembourg’s winegrowers are now presenting their art of wine. Around forty winegrowers from the Luxemburgish Moselle will be presenting their wines and crémants from the 18th to the 20th of November in the marquee at the Glacis, Limpertsberg.
14 grape varieties
Organised by the Institut viti-vinicole, the “Fête des vins et crémants” is an opportunity to meet enthusiasts and taste the local products of this wine region. Rivaner, auxerrois, pinot gris, pinot blanc, elbling, riesling and pinot noir, but also chardonnay, gewüuztraminer, saint-laurent, sylvaner, gamay, muscat-ottonel, and early pinot noir: are you sure you know the 14 grape varieties of the Luxemburgish Moselle? Meeting the winegrowers and discovering their products will help you better understand the diversity of this Grand Ducal terroir.
