Fish Tacos
Serves: 8 Tacos

Ingredients
- 3-4 fish filets (e.g. cod)
- 2 handful of arugula
- Creme fraiche
- 1-2 tomatoes or a few smaller cocktail tomatoes
- Juice of 1-2 limes
- Tacos
Chutney:
- ca 40 g coriander leaves
- ca 20 g mint
- garlic to taste
- 1-2 tbsp chili sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 green paprika
- Oil to taste
Instructions
Season the fish with Salt, Pepper, ground cumin, lime juice and a pinch of paprika and let it marinate for a few hours. Mix all the ingredients for the chutney, blend and add salt to taste.
Warm the tacos in the oven. While they heat, fry the fish at high temperature, until it develops some colour. Fill the warm tacos with arugula, crème fraiche, tomatoes, chutney and flaked fish. Sprinkle with fresh lime juice and enjoy while its still warm!
