Last Sunday, FOOD-A-MENTAL held their first dinner in Cyril Molard’s Restaurant, Ma Langue Sourit. A night that sets high standards in terms of food, passion & creativity.
The evening was organised by the newly created association, FOOD-A-MENTAL. The association was born from the crazy wish to think differently, to promote Luxembourg’s gastronomy in new ways and to do so on their own terms. On the back of this wish, 11 experts from the gastronomic industry have come together to form a dedicated and passionate collective. The deliberately heterogeneous group is made up out of 7 renowned chefs (Yan Castano, Paul Fourier, Arnaud Magnier, René Mathieu, Cyril Molard, Ilario Mosconi and Rachel Rameau), a but- cher (Frank Steffen), a patisserie chef (Cathy Goedert), a restau- rant manager (Stéphanie Jauquet), and a head of commercial food production and food photography (Mickaël Williquet).
The event was filled of amazing food creations, cohesion, partnerships and centered around their three main principles: respect, inspiration, and naturalness. The idea was to offer a dinner with only natural, local or Luxembourgish products.
This was the first of many events to come. For more information, visit FOOD-A-MENTAL’s Facebook page.
