Herb Madeleines

Ingredients
- 140 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 TL Salz
- 3 eggs
- 130 g ricotta
- 60 g grated parmesan
- 70 ml olive oil
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chopped thyme
- 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
- 1 tablespoon chopped basil - pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C and grease the madeleine mould
2. Put flour, baking powder and salt through a sieve into a bowl.
3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, ricotta, parmesan, oil and syrup.
4. Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix well. Add the herbs and pepper. Fill 1-2 tbsp. of dough into each madeleine mould and bake the madeleines for 15 minutes.
