- 7 cl GinISH
- 3 cl raspberry syrup
- 3 cl lime Lemon zest
- Ice cubes
Accessories: Cocktail shaker, cocktail strainer
Glass: Iced martini glass
Measure out the raspberry syrup and lime juice and pour into the shaker. Measure and add the GinISH. Fill the shaker with ice cubes. Close the shaker and leave to stand for a short time. And then shake properly! If possible, ice the martini glass. Place the cocktail strainer in the cocktail shaker and pour the cocktail into the iced glass.
Remove a lemon zest from the peel, brush the rim of the glass and place it in the glass! Done.
