The Food-a-Mental ambassadors set the table again and invite you for an autumnal stroll around the Mushroom, all in respect of their principles: Natural – Inspiration – Respect
It is also an opportunity to highlight one of their new members, the Chef Renaud Nols, in charge of the starter of this gourmet and rural stroll; and to show that the arts of the table can be practised with confidence, respect and complicity.
Complicity between each of them, but also with you – as you will be able to discover the restaurant business in a different manner, where the Chefs are in the kitchen but also in the dining room. Each ambassador will come and see you at your table, the opportunity to exchange and share in a Natural way, in Respect, for even more Inspirations.
