Lët’z Chips, the range of chips made from 100% Luxembourg potatoes, offers a new taste: Salt and 3 peppers
Lët’z Chips, the brand resulting from the collaboration between Marc Nicolay and LA PROVENCALE now offers a new taste: Salt and 3 peppers. This new taste is an addition to the existing Chips with Guérande Salt and Chips with Paprika.
The chips are produced using the kettle cooked method. This means a slow cooking at less than 170°C to obtain more taste and crunchiness. This batch cooking method differs from conventional in-line production, and allows cooking at lower temperatures which prevents the formation of acrylamide, which is dangerous to health.
The salt and 3 pepper chips will be available in shops from the 29th of November 2020.
