Linguine terre & mer

Ingredients
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 shallots
- 500 g prawns
- salt, Gorria chilli
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 glass of dry white wine
- 500 g porcini
- 1 glass of water
- 300 g linguine
Instructions
1. Peel and finely chop the clove of garlic and the shallots. Heat some olive oil in a frying pan. Add the prawns one by one.
2. Season with salt and gorria chilli, add the shallots, garlic clove and parsley and sauté. Deglaze with the white wine.
3. Bring salted water to the boil in a large pot. Cook the linguine al dente according to the package instructions and drain.
4. Heat some olive oil in another pan. Add porcini mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Add the scampi mixture to the porcini mushrooms, add a glass of water and add the linguine to the hot sauce. Let the linguine soak in the sauce for 4 minutes, mix and serve.
