Today, we are heading for Naples and its typical pizzas known for their generous, airy and crispy crust. Two new pizzerias confirm that Neapolitan pizzas are still very popular in Luxembourg! Andiamo.
Not so long ago, only the Risso restaurant (in the Railway Station area) was serving Neapolitan pizzas. But those days are over! After the very recent opening of Cloud Factory in Esch, the typical Neapolitan pizza addresses continue to open their doors, satisfying the most gourmet of us, lovers of these pizzas that are as beautiful as they are addictive.
Impasto – Soleuvre
Offering only takeaway or delivery, this pizzeria prepares “the real Neapolitan pizza”, cooked by a chef straight from Naples! On the menu, a choice of 14 pizzas, proposing very classic recipes with no frills: La Marinera of course, the “Queen” Margherita or the Parma e Rucola.
Giancarlo – Bertrange
This new address in the heart of Bertrange promises Neapolitan pizzas cooked according to traditional methods, with a contemporary twist, all in a cosy but festive atmosphere! The classics are of course on the menu (Margherita, Cotto, Capricciosa) but there are also more original proposals such as the “Made in Luxembourg” pizza made with Kachkeis.
