- 30 ml Bottega Pink Gold Prosecco Rosé
- 30 ml Bottega Vermouth Bianco
- 30 ml Bottega Bitter
- Ice cubes
- 1 slice of pink grapefruit
- Alexander Grappa Spray
- Pour the Vermouth and Bitter into a mixing glass and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
- Add Bottega Pink Gold Prosecco Doc Rosé.
- Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and sprinkle with Alexander Grappa.
