Nespresso continues to invest in its network of sales outlets in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, this time in the Kirchberg shopping centre.
Nespresso has transformed its Kirchberg Shopping Center Pop-up into a brand new Boutique. This Boutique invites coffee lovers to a personalised and multi-sensory experience.
Designed to be a real living space, this new Boutique offers all the Nespresso services but innovates on many points. As soon as they arrive, customers are greeted by a Coffee Specialist. The entire sale process is mobile and guides the visitor through the different terroirs, the different aromatic notes and the different intensities of the coffees for a tailor-made tour and shopping experience. The shop also offers the opportunity to discover coffee in all its aspects. Through tasting sessions, coffee lovers can taste and compare the variety of Nespresso flavours under the expert advice of a coffee expert.
Oliver Perquy, CEO of Nespresso in Luxembourg and Belgium emphasises: “The opening of this new Boutique in Luxembourg is part of our new accessibility strategy. We want to continue to innovate to stay as close as possible to our customers in order to offer them the best possible experience, as easily as possible.”
As a reminder, Nespresso is present in Luxembourg with four points of sale in the country. The brand is located in Kirchberg, in tLuxembourg Center, in the Belle Etoile shopping centre and a Pop-up opened last October in the City Concorde shopping centre in Bertrange.
