Chocolatier Neuhaus is releasing a limited-edition special Easter that combines the delicious taste of chocolate with a hint of honey. Five exclusive creations in festive colours. Under their colourful wrapping, each of these eggs contains an original springtime flavour: lime, chestnut, rosemary or Yucatan, with a subtle touch of honey.
The Linden Honey egg has a white chocolate shell filled with creamy gianduja, an intense African dark chocolate ganache (72%) and a delicate touch of Espelette pepper.
The Chestnut Honey milk chocolate egg will surprise you with a combination of hazelnut oil and a creamy Venezuela chocolate ganache (45%) with chestnut purée and chestnut honey.
For lovers of more intense chocolate, the Rosemary Honey egg (80%) hides a delicious gianduja and surprising notes of balsamic vinegar as well as a Vietnamese chocolate ganache, apple and rosemary honey.
And for fans of dark chocolate with a more adventurous palate, the Yucatan Honey (72%) will surprise you with its gianduja with olive oil and an original ganache with chocolate from Madagascar, lychee and cheesecake, all with a touch of Yucatan honey!
A new Nougatine Praliné Easter egg is also making its debut on the chocolate shop’s shelves.
And to spoil your family or friends on Easter Day, the chocolate maker offers colourful ballotins, sharing boxes and very festive gift boxes!

This Easter collection is available in all Neuhaus shops in Luxembourg.
