Les Moulins de Kleinbettingen, located in the heart of the Luxembourgish countryside in the small village of the same name, is taking another step forward on the market by launching two new ranges from the Luxembourgish wheat fields under the brand name “LE MOULIN”.
Since 1704, the Muller family has been producing top quality flours and semolina thanks to a family tradition rich in unique know-how.
Today, Jean Muller, 11th generation, is the guarantor of this family tradition and it is in Kleinbettingen, a small village located in the heart of the Luxembourgish countryside, that their millers put all their know-how into LE MOULIN products.
Pasta on every plate: the origin of the raw material is essential
For Les Moulins de Kleinbettingen, semolina producers for 50 years and working daily alongside Luxembourgish farmers, it was obvious that a local durum wheat was very important to produce high quality semolina and therefore tasty pasta. The goal is to offer the opportunity to consumers some qualitative, local products with total transparency on the origin of the raw material. This is why they launched their first range of 100% Luxembourg durum wheat pasta.
A launch that is fully in line with the philosophy of the mills: to commit themselves as a Luxembourgish player for the local ecosystem and always favour short circuits.
Finally, as part of their commitment to sustainability, they have chosen 100% recyclable single-material packaging.
A new 100% natural flour range
LE MOULIN flours are produced in accordance with the milling traditions handed down through generations. Every day, their millers rigorously select wheat from sustainable agriculture in Luxembourg to grind high quality flours. All our know-how is therefore placed at the heart of each packages. LE MOULIN flours are 100% natural and contain no additives or preservatives.
The new range aims to meet every need. Each recipe is unique and requires a specific flour. The range has therefore been designed to help the consumer select the perfect flour for his recipe. To do this, each use is specified on the packaging.
