Restaurant Radici, the latest addition to the Sofitel Europe in Kirchberg, is an adventurous alternative to traditional restaurant dining. The cuisine is led by executive chef, Yann Castano and Italian chef, Matteo Vannini.
Radici is an Italian restaurant representing authentic cuisine at its very best. Simple but elegant food is perfectly complemented by the restaurant’s smart contemporary environment, designed by Philippe Capron with three main colours, green, terracotta, and gold.
Right in front of you, chefs will explain how Italian food is made, with a focus on homemade Italian cuisine. The flavourful explosion of authentic tastes and presentations takes you all around the world to Italy via its new unique recipes.
Radici also offers “lost recipes”, those traditional Italian specialties that might bring back memories to some clients from way back when in their grandparents kitchen.
