Onion soup

Ingredients
- 500 g white onions, sliced
- 40 g flour
- 80 g butter
- 1 l broth
- 10 Swiss cheese
- 4 slices of toasted bread
Instructions
Sauté the onion rings in the butter. Sprinkle with flour and stir well. Stir in the stock and simmer for 30 minutes at medium heat until the onions are soft. Stir from time to time. Arrange the toasted bread slices on 4 plates, sprinkle some cheese over them and spread the soup on top. Finish with more cheese and gratinate under the grill.
