Overnight porridge with kiwi and pomegranate

Ingredients
- 50 g oatmeal
- 100 ml coconut milk (light) + a little for the topping
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp flaxseed (optional)
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 10 g toasted coconut flakes
Instructions
- Choose an airtight container or jar. Pour in the oats, coconut milk and honey, with a pinch of salt. Mix everything together, cover and place in the fridge.
- The next day, transfer the porridge to a bowl; if necessary, add a little coconut milk to achieve the desired consistency.
- Garnish the porridge with diced kiwi fruit, pomegranate seeds and coconut flakes.
- Serve with a cup of Nespresso Vertuo Arondio coffee.
