Pomegranate Mojito

Ingredients
- 1 lime
- a bunch of mint
- 4 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar or regular sugar
- 200 ml white rum
- 400 ml cranberry juice
- 400 ml sparkling water
- ice cubes
Instructions
- Quarter the lime and halve it again. Place the limes, a generous amount of mint, pomegranate seeds and vanilla sugar in a carafe.
- Crush the limes and pomegranate seeds with a wooden spoon.
- Add white rum, cranberry juice, sparkling water and add ice cubes before serving.
