Galeries Lafayette inaugurated a Gourmet space on the ground floor of the boutique and the Six-Seven, a rooftop restaurant, opened its doors on the 17th of November. A real treat for the taste buds!
With the opening of the Six-Seven restaurant on the 6th and 7th floors this Thursday, and the recent inauguration of the gourmet space on the ground floor of Galeries Lafayette, the Royal Hamilius shopping centre is setting new standards in gastronomy.
The Parisian department store has recently opened a new Gourmet space, offering a range of treats to enjoy before taking the lift up to the top of the building to take in the view of the city. To inaugurate its Gourmet space, Galeries Lafayette (“les Galeries” to its friends) has called on three renowned brands: Alain Ducasse and Pierre Marcolini chocolates and the century-old house of Kusmi Tea.
Ducasse, Marcolini and Kusmi
“Exclusive to Luxembourg, Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse is handcrafted from cocoa beans,” says the company. A wide range of chocolate products, boxes, bars, spreads, etc. will be available on the ground floor of the Galeries Lafayette. Other renowned chocolate pleasures: the fine creations of pastry chef and chocolate maker Pierre Marcolini. Alongside his signature chocolate ganaches, gourmets will also be able to find his delicious macaroons.
Finally, the Kusmi Tea brand offers a wide selection of spicy, floral, natural or gourmet teas and infusions, in bags or tins. A delightful addition to your chocolate purchases.
