Ingredients
- 500 g crab
- 50 g olive oil
- 20 g garlic
- 30 g ginger (sliced)
- 4 red chilies
- 40 g garlic chili sauce
- 40 g ketchup
- 2 g sugar
- 2 g salt
- 2 g pepper
- 30 g water
- 4 g starch
- 80 g water
- 3 g salt
- Coriander
Instructions
1. Pour oil, garlic, and ginger into a microwaveable, heat-resistant container and set to 1000 W for 2–3minutes.
2. Add red chili, garlic chili sauce, ketchup, salt, sugar and pepper and mix well. Set to 1000 W for 30 seconds.
3. Add crab, cover and set to 1000 W for 5 minutes. Take out the container and stir in midway.
4. Then add the starch water, cover the container and set to 1000 W for 2 minutes.
