- 50 g sugar
- 250g strawberries
- 1 lime, peeled off
- 750 g mineral water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint
- Place the sugar and 50 g water in the bowl and heat for 5 minutes/Varoma/Speed 1, without the measuring cup
- Add the lemon and 250 g of strawberries and blend for 1 minute at speed 5 – 10, gradually increasing the speed.
- Add 40 g ice cubes and blend for 20 seconds on speed 4. Strain the syrup through a fine sieve into a jug and make up with the remaining 750 g of water and ice cubes. Finish by adding the mint leaves.
