- 1 pineapple, cubed
- 4 cm fresh turmeric
- 400 ml coconut water
- 1 ripe banana
- Lemon juice 1⁄2
- 1 tsp. maca powder
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
Blend on high speed until smooth and enjoy!
Tips
Pineapple, in addition to being delicious, also has cleansing and anti-inflammatory properties. Turmeric is also known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Coconut water contains electrolytes and keeps the body hydrated. Maca powder improves the detoxification process of the liver.
