After a long Corona-related break, KACHEN workshops are finally back!
On September 21, the first KACHEN workshop took place in the premises of Le Couturier de la Cuisine in Bereldange.
Patissier Alessandro Vitali explained to 10 interested KACHEN readers how to make the perfect moelleux au chocolat and a wonderfully creamy homemade vanilla ice cream.
Equipped with stylish aprons from Le Couturier de la Cuisine, all participants were of course allowed to help out and there was much laughter and nibbling. The chef was not at a loss for responses and answered all the participants’ questions patiently and with great expertise (and a pinch of Italian humor). The result was impressive – and tasty – and was met with great enthusiasm by all.
