The NATURATA Bio-Restaurant in Munsbach offers a different menu of the day each day, which is served between 11:30 am and 2:00 pm. The range of diversified menus – vegetarian, vegan or meat-based –prepared in the semi-open kitchen can also be enjoyed on the spacious terrace.
The restaurant is certified 100% organic. The sourcing of fruits and vegetables follows the seasons and favours regional produce. When possible, products from the Luxembourg organic farmers’ cooperative (BIOG) are processed, including dairy products from the BIOG- dairy and the Kass-Haff and Schanck-Haff cheese dairies. The meat is sourced from the NATURATA Bio-Boucherie (organic butchery). Fresh bread comes from the OIKO-Bakhaus bakery next door. The fish comes from organic aquaculture producers or from certified sustainable fishing and the coffee is organic and Fairtrade certified. The NATURATA Bio- Restaurant also takes part in the ECOBOX deposit system to prevent food waste.
