After announcing the new menu for Restaurant Les Roses, CASINO 2OOO is continuing to refresh its cuisine by presenting flavours from here and elsewhere in its Purple Lounge restaurant.
As with each new season, the Chef of the Purple Lounge restaurant is revising his menu to offer new seasonal dishes. As far as starters are concerned, the usual favourites such as Sweet Potato Fries and Fried Scampi will of course remain on the menu, while making room for the freshness and lightness of the new Salade de Chèvre Chaud (Warm Goat’s Cheese Salad) and the flavours and friendliness of the Tartinables à Partager (with salmon, duck rillettes, hummus, etc.).
As for the dishes, fish lovers will be tempted by the Fillet of Sea Bass with Indonesian Spices, which will transport them to faraway lands thanks to curry, coriander, peanuts and coconut chips. You are more of a meat lover? The novelty comes from the Beef Cheek Confit with Pine Honey. Served with carrots, mushrooms, red wine, black sesame and seasoned with a smoked barbecue sauce. The classics such as the Caesar Chicken Salad, the Bouchée à la Reine, the Salmon Fillet, the traditional Burgers, the Risotto with Snacked Scallops & Gambas or the Jamaican Chicken remain on the menu.
Finally, for dessert fans, you will simply have to choose between all the delicacies available: Pastel de Nata, Crème Brûlée, Mousse Choco, Baba au Rhum or Aumonière aux Pommes.
The Stars & Stories evenings will continue and on Saturdays Greg Armano, international DJ, musician and producer will host your evenings in the Purple Lounge.
