This weekend, the market “Au goût du terroir” takes place in Bascharage with more than 60 local and regional exhibitors, as well as producers from the major European nature parks.
This weekend, over sixty exhibitors (wines, beers, waters, tea, coffee, cereals, chocolate, sweets, fruits, vegetables, meat, eggs, herbs, oils, honey, etc.) will offer tastings of local and regional products from their artisanal production. Producers from major European natural parks, and from France, Italy, Poland, Spain, Germany and Belgium will participate alongside national producers.
Visitors will be able to participate in workshops and information on the subject of the production, processing and marketing of regional food products. Social sustainability and sustainable development (zero waste, anti-waste, solidarity agriculture, etc.) will be subjects number one.
There, you will find food trucks selected to be in line with the spirit of the event, but also many workshops (show cooking, tastings, workshops) in which you can register now on gout.lu. (list below)
Free admission: Friday, September 30th from 4 pm to 9 pm, Saturday, October 1st from 11 am to 7 pm, and Sunday, October 2nd from 11 am to 6 pm, at Bascharage, Käerjenger treff and Brasserie nationale.
