Zucchini Crumble with Comté

Ingredients
- 1,5 kg zucchinis
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 250 g Comté
- 100 g butter
- 140 g flour
- 140 g grated parmesan
Instructions
1. Wash and finely chop the zucchini. Cut the Comté into small cubes.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the zucchini in it with salt and pepper for about 20 minutes until the zucchini no longer release any liquid. Stir frequently. Add Comté at the very end, mix and place in an ovenproof dish.
3 Preheat the oven to 180°C.
4. Knead the butter, flour and parmesan in a bowl with your fingers to form crumbles. Place the crumble on the zucchini mixture and bake for 30 minutes
