At the beginning of this year, the emblematic restaurant Parc Le’h reopened its doors under the umbrella of Concept+Partners. Sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the city, the restaurant is situated on the edge of the forest in a hushed, contemporary setting, combining elegance and relaxation.
By keeping the same team that made the restaurant a success and modernising the atmosphere of the establishment, the management wants to establish itself with the semi-gastronomic offer as its main draw. It offers a creative cuisine that revisits dishes from Luxembourg’s region and the classics of French cuisine. Chef Jean-Charles Albert and his team mobilise their talents to offer refined dishes that are reinvented every week and throughout the seasons.
