Cucumber Mint Cooler

Ingredients
- 60 ml gin
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 20 ml simple syrup
- 4-5 slices of cucumber
- 4-5 fresh mint leaves
- Soda water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber slices and mint leaves.
- Add gin, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Top off with soda water.
- Garnish with one or more slices of cucumber and mint.
