Les Jardins d’Anaïs has announced the arrival of a new chef, replacing Paul Cabayé who has left for new culinary adventures. Jérémmy Parjouet, starred chef from the Becher Gare, is taking over the reins of this gastronomic restaurant located in the heart of the historic district of Clausen.
Jérémmy Parjouet, a native of the Champagne region like the operators of Les Jardins d’Anaïs, began his career at the three-starred “Les Crayères” in Reims. But this distinguished chef is also part of the Luxembourg landscape as if he was born there, his Grand Ducal career having taken him, apart from the Becher Gare, to well-known establishments such as “Ikki”, “Le Fin Gourmand” and “Sensi”. It was at Becher Gare that he obtained his first Michelin star a few years ago.
Jérémmy Parjouet’s culinary concept is that of a redefined bourgeois cuisine. To develop his menu, the chef wishes to collaborate mainly with houses that grow local produce, such as the vegetable growers of the Kirsch Family and Les Paniers de Sandrine.
“We are particularly happy to benefit from the imagination and inventiveness of this Chef, who will compose dishes for our customers that honour tradition, infusing it with that little something that often makes all the difference between yesterday’s and today’s cuisine” Annabelle and Pascal Soutiran, founders of Les Jardin d’Anaïs.
We wish Jérémmy Parjouet great success in his new position!
