After the announcement in December last year of the appointment of Dr. André Mehlen as General Manager of Domaines Vinsmoselle, we learn today that Nathalie Roca has been promoted to the position of Deputy General Manager. Congratulations to them!
Dr. André Mehlen, who previously held the position of Head of the PDO Department and Wine Controller at the Institut Viti-Vinicole, will become the new General Manager of Domaines Vinsmoselle as of the 1st of February 2023. “It is a great honour for me to contribute to the development of one of the major players in the Luxembourgish wine world” says Dr. André Mehlen. This doctorate in natural sciences was responsible for the national office of Protected Designations of Origin, but also a member of the tasting commission and a member of the strategic committee (wine promotion). He also participated in the elaboration of the new development strategy for Luxembourgish wines and defended the interests of the Luxembourgish wine sector at a European level as a representative of the ministry of viticulture within the group of experts in viti-viniculture.
Nathalie Roca, who has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of communication, marketing and brand management at both operational and strategic levels, joined Domaines Vinsmoselle in March 2021 as Marketing Manager in order to instil an ambitious and dynamic policy in terms of image. She is today promoted to the position of Deputy General Manager. “I am looking forward to writing this new chapter in the history of this century-old cooperative, where passion, commitment and authenticity are combined, in close collaboration with all our winemaker members, our employees, our loyal customers and suppliers” says Nathalie Roca.
A dynamic duo for a new approach
Domaines Vinsmoselle has embarked on an ambitious policy for a more sustainable world, one that shows greater solidarity and respect for nature’s limits. It has based the sustainability of its economic model on the control of the entire chain of values from the vine to the glass, placing quality and sustainability at the heart of the process in order to guarantee an approach that is in tune with social and environmental issues, and on the identification, development and transmission of know-how.
All in all, great things to come in 2023 from Domaines Vinsmoselle!
