Public House has announced a special culinary event for this weekend: a “4 Hands Dinner”. For this occasion, chef Anne Knepper has invited the Luxembourgish chef Félix Rollinger from Amsterdam. Guests can look forward to a six-course menu that will showcase the international experience of the two chefs.
Félix Rollinger was born in Luxembourg and has been working in the gastronomic sector for around 8 years. He currently lives in Amsterdam, where he has worked in the Japanese Omakase restaurant “Undercover” and in the Scandinavian wine bar/restaurant “4850”. Above all, he strives for honest and genuine dishes with well-chosen local ingredients.
Anne Knepper, the young Luxemburgish chef at Public House, impresses with her forward-looking cooking philosophy. Her focus lies on local and seasonal ingredients, on the basis of which she develops the regularly changing menus at Public House. The aim is to offer a sustainable and inclusive experience.
The 4-Hands Dinner will take place on Friday 19 and Saturday 20 January 2024 and costs €90 per person. You can expect a high-quality menu made from fresh regional ingredients, with influences from Japanese and Scandinavian-continental European cuisine.
There will also be a Japanese lunch on Sunday 21 January for €60 per person. Reservations can be made via the booking link on the Public House website.
