- 150 g nut mixture
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- 2 PRÉSIDENT Camembert (250 g)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 3-4 eggs, whisked
- Sunflower oil for frying
1. For the nut crust, put the nuts in a mixer and do not grind them very finely. Mix with the breadcrumbs in a bowl.
2. Spread the 2 Président Camemberts with honey. Then turn in flour, add to the egg mixture and finally roll in the nut breadcrumbs. Then roll again in the egg mixture and the breadcrumbs.
3. Fry the 2 President-Camemberts in plenty of oil until they are golden all around and drain them on kitchen paper. Serve with the pear chutney.
