The Carnival holidays are here. This week without school will be an opportunity to discover new activities to do with the family. And who knows, the parents might just have as much fun as the children… Find out our selection of places to go!

In Luxembourg
Head for the youth hostels in Lultzhausen or Beaufort, which have an indoor playground. Beaufort Youth Hostel also has a modern bowling alley.
Would you like to test your monkey skills? Children, teenagers and adults alike are welcome at Echternach Youth Hostel, where there are introductory climbing courses, including belaying and climbing techniques, so that they can then tackle the 14-metre high indoor climbing wall. During the Carnival holidays, introduction to climbing followed by free climbing is on the programme every day except Monday, with prior registration.

Funny Mountain – A fun indoor climbing centre in Arlon to practice climbing without any experience. From 5 years old!
A day in Durbuy at Adventures Valley to climb, jump, crawl with indoor and outdoor activities. The hardest part is choosing!

For construction enthusiasts
Bricks4Kidz – Check out this place in the heart of Bonnevoie offering courses on how to master the use of Lego bricks! Imagine thousands of bricks of all sizes and shapes to let your child imagine whatever world he/she wants and build it!
For the curious minds
Head for the Luxembourg Science Center located in Differdange, which will delight young and old alike. In order to discover science and technology in a more playful way, the centre offers more than 75 interactive stations, spectacular “science shows” and daily workshops to observe and interact with the wonders of our world.
A little further afield, don’t miss the Eurospace Center in Belgium! There is no age limit for becoming an astronaut and what better way to put stars in the eyes of the little ones ?
