The Snowball cocktail is a true classic among winter cocktails, with roots dating back to England in the 1940s. This simple but ingenious variation with Champagne brings a festive touch to the cold season.
- 60 ml Advocaat
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Chilled Champagne
- Fill a flute or coupe glass halfway with chilled Champagne.
- Put the Advocaat and lemon juice into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well until frost forms on the cocktail shaker.
- Strain the cocktail in the shaker over the champagne and serve. Grate a little dark chocolate over your Snowball and garnish with a chocolate or a cinnamon stick!
