Gluten-free overnight oats with raspberries & peanut butter

Ingredients
- 80 g frozen raspberries
- 50 g gluten-free oats
- 120 ml water
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix the frozen raspberries with the oats, together with 120 ml water and a pinch of salt, then cover and refrigerate overnight.
- The next day, mix in the maple syrup, then top with a spoonful of 100 % natural organic peanut butter.
