Healthy Fresh Raw Detox Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients
- 100 grams fresh spinach leaves
- 1 medium-sized apple (about 150 grams), cored and chopped
- 1 ripe kiwi (about 100 grams), peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 240 ml coconut water or water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients (spinach, apple, kiwi, lemon juice, ginger, and coconut water or water) in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
- If desired, add a few ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the smoothie is chilled.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or tanginess by adding more lemon juice, if needed.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
