- 4 large mint leaves
- 1 tbsp (15 g) passionfruit pulp
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ lime, juice
- Ice cubes or crushed ice
- 120 ml sparkling water
- Combine the mint leaves, passionfruit pulp, sugar and lime juice in a glass and muddle together with a spoon.
- Fill the glass with (crushed) ice, then top up with sparkling water.
- Garnish with sprigs of mint and lime wedges.
