- 4 bags of orange flavoured black tea
- 50 ml rum
- 4 tsp rock candy
- 1 organic orange
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 star anise
- 4 cloves
Pour 700 ml boiling water over the tea and leave to brew for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags. Add the rum and sugar.
Wash the orange in hot water and cut into slices. Add the orange slices, cinnamon sticks, star anise and cloves.
