Caprese Salad

Ingredients
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 dl extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic cream
- 4 sprigs of basil
- Pepper and coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Wash and slice the tomatoes.
- Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices.
- Arrange a slice of tomato and mozzarella in turn, starting from the centre. Continue in this way towards the outside of the tray.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper and coarse sea salt.
- Dress the salad with the balsamic cream and garnish with the basil leaves.
